HEAD OF BRIDGING OPERATIONS - NATIONWIDE

Location : Remote - Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and grow a busy Bridging Finance operations team. You’ll drive operational excellence, risk management, and strategic portfolio performance while shaping the future of our products.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop operational teams, supporting professional growth and performance
• Monitor portfolio performance, assess risks, and implement improvements
• Lead Risk Assessment Forums and optimise recovery strategies
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, and Recoveries to enhance processes and systems
• Approve facility extensions, tranche releases, and equity requests within delegated authority
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, valuers, receivers, and third parties
• Ensure compliance with AML / KYC and internal policies

You’ll have

• Ideally, bridging or property finance operations experience, including credit and risk management
• Strong operations experience, including credit, risk, recoveries, and litigation knowledge
• Knowledge of legal recovery processes and facility agreements
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strategic, analytical mindset with excellent communication
• Ability to drive change, optimise processes, and deliver results
