We're looking for an ambitious and highly capable Operations Manager to join Sidekick at a pivotal moment in our growth. This is a growth role for someone looking for a stretching and career defining opportunity, to build a function from scratch and reshape the wealth management industry.
You’ll take ownership of our day-to-day onboarding, investment and first-line operations, ensuring we meet client expectations while continuing to innovate and meet our regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with our VP of Operations and collaborate across product, operations, and customer support to keep things running smoothly and safely, whilst elevating the experience for our clients.
Sidekick is a regulated UK fintech, so the role spans a broad and evolving set of responsibilities. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, rolling up your sleeves, and helping us scale in a compliant, customer-first way.
