A well-established software company in the regulated energy sector is seeking an Oracle Software Engineer to take on responsibilities in developing and maintaining critical database solutions. The role offers a base salary of £56,000 plus a potential bonus of 15%. You will work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per month onsite in Southampton, contributing to high-quality engineering practices and mentoring others within the team. Ideal candidates will have strong PL/SQL skills and a disciplined approach to data quality and reliability.
Due to progression, this role exists to replace a senior engineer within a well-established software company operating in the highly regulated energy sector.
Circa £56,000 + up to 15% bonus | Hybrid (2 days per month onsite, Southampton)
