A leading insurance provider is seeking a Business Improvement Consultant to drive change initiatives across various teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in project management. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective change implementation. Business Improvement Consultant (Full Time this role may be offered on a permanent or 6 Month Secondment basis)
Leeds Bristol Doncaster Glasgow and London (Hybrid) with some travel to other sites as required

You will be deployed to business areas and projects within Claims to provide expertise in change leadership methodology and practice. This will include but is not limited to overseeing diagnostic activity problem solving change delivery optimisation and benefit realisation building change capability and knowledge and ensuring the correct governance is being adhered to.
Our hybrid model offers a best of both worlds approach. When youll be in the office depends on your role and team but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.
Hours: 35 hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
