- Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase ledger invoices.
- Handle ad hoc payments and employee expenses.
- Manage Direct Debit payments and weekly payment runs.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
- Address ad hoc queries as they arise.
