• CIMA/ACA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence operational decisions.
• Self-motivated, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and is ready to play a key role in driving efficiency, profitability and operational performance.

As the Accountant, you will support the Finance Director, providing critical insights into cost efficiency, production performance and profitability. Additionally, you will work closely with operational teams on site, helping influence strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
