Job summary
A financial services firm in Central London is seeking a Financial Accountant to join on a locum basis. This role involves preparing accurate accounting for multiple legal entities, including annual statutory accounts and quarterly reporting. The ideal candidate should be a qualified finance professional with strong financial reporting experience and advanced Excel skills. This position requires availability on a short notice period.
Qualifications
- Qualified Finance Professional with relevant experience in Financial Services.
- Strong financial reporting skills required.
- Advanced Excel proficiency is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely accounting for several legal entities.
- Prepare annual statutory accounts and audit files for external audit.
- Produce quarterly Board packs and financial accounting packs.
Skills
Our Financial Services client in Central London is seeking a Financial Accountant to join them on a Locum basis.
The role will include the preparation of accurate and timely accounting for several legal entities, including
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts and audit file for external audit
- Preparation of quarterly Board packs
- Quarterly reporting, including the production of the Group financial accounting pack
- Quarterly regulatory reporting
- Qualified Finance Professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), with a strong academic record, with relevant experience gained within the Financial Services sector
- Strong financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel
- Available on a short notice period
