A family-run maintenance provider in Leeds is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner/Fabric Technician. You will deliver high-quality reactive and planned works while being the friendly face of the business. Requirements include a full UK driving license and commitment to safety. We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run maintenance and compliance provider working across local authority, education, retail and private sectors. They're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner/Fabric Technician to deliver high-quality reactive and planned works while acting as the friendly, professional face of the business on site.
40 hour week, Mon to Fri
- NVQ or City & Guilds in a construction trade (desirable)
- Experience in FM, retail or public buildings (desirable)
- Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive works
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
- Competitive salary with overtime & standby payments (door-to-door callouts)
