As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled Senior Plasterer who shares our values of quality, care, and customer service. This is a middle‑management role requiring someone who is a confident Supervisor, able to oversee plastering quality and workmanship across each project, as well as being someone who is happy being on the tools. A highly experienced plasterer who can lead by example if required

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality plastering across building reinstatement and restoration projects as required
• Be able to demonstrate a high finish, and level of workmanship in plastering, rendering, skimming, wet plaster, and lime work
• Having accountability for quality and finish across plastering projects, supervising our internal plastering teams as required
• Working closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent results
• Supporting the growth of the team, passing on experience and mentoring others

What we’re looking for:

• 8 years experience as a Plasterer - Excellent boarding and skimming skills + 4yrs at a supervisory level
• A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to get along well with colleagues and customers
• A willingness to learn and progress, or help others do the same
• A full UK driving licence
