Multi Skilled Joiner

We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our PMC team.

Job Details

Location: Spennymoor, Durham

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £33,354.00 per annum OTE circa £37,000 per annum (including standby payments).

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join the Property Maintenance and Construction Department working within the Ashington maintenance team.

As a multi-skilled Joiner you will be responsible for undertaking all joinery repairs and associated multi-skilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard whilst delivering an excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all joinery and associated multi-skilled repairs for domestic and commercial properties.
• Deliver high-quality work to a high standard and excellent customer service.
• Engage with all stakeholders, acting as an Ambassador of Bernicia and promoting the positive work across communities.
• Contribute positively to change and adapt to new ways of working to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Joinery or equivalent.
• Sound working knowledge of your trade discipline and wider building construction sector, including components, materials, building trades and applicable regulations.
• Full driving licence.
• CSCS card desirable.
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment where the customer comes first.
