We’re looking for a confident and motivated Employer Engagement & Key Account Manager to help grow employer partnerships, apprenticeships, and technical training opportunities across southern Lincolnshire.
This is a home-based role, ideally suited to someone located around the Lincoln area. You’ll be responsible for building new employer relationships, attending exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows, and representing our client across the region.
You’ll work with employers from Louth to Stamford, extending east to the coast and west to Newark‑on‑Trent, promoting apprenticeship solutions and engineering training programmes that help businesses grow their future talent.
To drive employer engagement and business development activity by delivering a consultative, relationship‑led approach that supports employers with their apprenticeship and training needs.
