The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the bridge between our lead‑generation engine and our sales closers. You’ll qualify prospects, build rapport, and schedule high‑value calls that drive revenue across our multiple service lines — SEO, PR, Legal, Accounting, and beyond.

  • Converting warm inbound leads into booked sales appointments
  • Managing outreach through email, LinkedIn, and CRM systems
  • Qualifying prospects quickly and intelligently (BANT/CHAMP frameworks)
  • Collaborating with sales closers to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Tracking activity metrics — volume, conversions, and show‑up rates
  • Experimenting, learning, and iterating — fast

You won’t just set appointments. You’ll own the process — measure, refine, and grow your pipeline like a pro.
