We are a product-based SaaS SME hiring a skilled Technical Writer to create, manage, and scale high-quality product documentation. This role is ideal for a Technical Writer with SaaS product experience who enjoys working closely with engineering and product teams.

• Write, edit, and maintain product documentation.
• Create user guides, API documentation, help articles, and release notes.
• Translate complex SaaS product features into clear technical content.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to document new releases.
• Optimize technical documentation for SEO, clarity, and usability.

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or software product company.
• Strong product documentation and technical writing skills.
• Experience with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, Git, Notion).
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.

• Product‑led SaaS SME with real user impact.
