A leading UK Sage business partner is seeking an experienced Sage 200 Support Consultant for remote work within the UK. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Candidates should have solid experience with Sage 200 and possess strong troubleshooting and SQL/database skills. Qualifications
- Solid experience supporting Sage 200 (finance, commercials, manufacturing, CRM).
- Familiarity with Sage 200 add-ons such as Sicon, Draycir, Eureka, or CIM.
- Sage certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote support for Sage 200 and related products.
- Diagnose and resolve software and configuration issues.
- Manage and prioritise client support tickets effectively.
- Test and deploy bespoke software solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted technical advisor.
