• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in MEP design
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Experience with sustainable design and green certifications
• Proficiency in design software and modeling tools

• Daily collaboration with sustainability teams
• Evaluation of design options and pilots
• Analysis and group discussions
• Reporting and documentation
• Participation in pilot projects and meetings

• High daily interaction with teams
