A national not-for-profit organisation seeks a Commercial Lead (Estates) to manage procurement and contract strategies across various estates. This fully remote role offers a salary of up to £54,000, emphasizing strong commercial management skills and stakeholder collaboration. Ideal for candidates experienced in the commercial cycles of procurement within estates, property, and construction sectors.
We are supporting a national not‑for‑profit organisation, established to improve commercial and procurement services across Public Sector organisations who are recruiting for a Commercial Lead (Estates) to drive high‑profile procurement and contract management across the Estates Category including Construction, FM, Repair, Maintenance and Utilities. This is a dynamic, fully remote role offering variety, professional growth, and the chance to influence commercial strategy.
The Commercial Lead is responsible for delivering maximum value via commercial activities, influencing commercial strategy as a commercial and procurement expert, supporting procurement and contract management activities.
Please note this role is fully remote working.
The successful applicant will be subject to pre‑employment and security checks including NPPV3.
The Commercial Lead would suit candidates with experience of or having held roles of Commercial Management, Commercial Manager, Senior Commercial Officer, Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager or Category Manager.
