A leading care organization is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to manage complex cases while supporting HR processes. This role involves collaborating with care teams and providing expert guidance on performance management, ensuring a proactive employee relations approach. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience in handling sensitive situations. The position offers a remote work option with occasional travel required to Lincolnshire.

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Working as part of the People Team, you will provide advice and guidance in a supportive manner to our care teams. You will support in disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management and conduct trend analyses to provide insights and drive improvements.
