Job summary
A leading German industrial company seeks a strategic, hands-on Inhouse Lead Consultant to implement SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation, managing stakeholders, and configuring systems. The ideal candidate has proven SuccessFactors experience, strong HR and IT domain knowledge, and is fluent in German (C1). This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in shaping the company's HR systems landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SuccessFactors, including at least one end-to-end implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based HR solutions.
- Fluent German (C1) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors from within the business.
- Liaise between HR, IT and external partners.
- Manage stakeholders across departments and guide internal teams.
