A leading German industrial company is embarking on a transformative journey to implement SuccessFactors from the ground up – and they need a strategic, hands‑on Inhouse Lead Consultant to make it happen. This is a unique opportunity to shape an entire HR systems landscape within a greenfield implementation project. The company has acquired SAP SF licenses and is preparing to launch its internal transformation, beginning with Employee Central.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors from within the business – liaising between HR, IT and external partners
  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors (initially Employee Central)
  • Manage stakeholders across departments and guide internal teams through each project phase
  • Collaborate with external consultants
  • Provide long‑term support and evolution of the SF environment beyond go‑live
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with SuccessFactors, including at least one E2E implementation
  • Strong understanding of both HR and IT domains, particularly cloud‑based HR solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and manage stakeholders at various levels
  • Fluent German (C1) is essential
