We need a senior-level tax professional with demonstrable expertise in UK (& International is also useful) corporate taxation advisory. Your background as a guide might encompass:

Core Corporate Tax Advisory

• Advanced corporate tax planning across a range of corporate structures
• Strategic tax advice for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring
• UK thin capitalisation legislation and corporate interest restriction calculations
• Sophisticated demerger planning including statutory and capital reduction demergers
• UK controlled foreign companies (CFC) legislation and international tax planning

Specialised Advisory Areas (if you are mixed tax)

• Employee ownership trust establishment and ongoing advisory
• Share scheme design and implementation (EMI, CSOP, and other arrangements)
• Individual tax residency planning and complex residency determinations
• Estate planning strategies incorporating business and investment structures
• Business Property Relief (BPR) and Agricultural Property Relief (APR) optimisation
• Inheritance tax (IHT) planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Stamp duty land tax (SDLT) advisory and mitigation strategies

Professional Capabilities

• Proven track record of handling multi-faceted tax queries with commercial sensitivity
