Hardware Project Manager – Global EdTech Scale-Up ?

Propel is partnering with a rapidly expanding education group operating over 100 private international schools across multiple regions, educating tens of thousands of students worldwide. Their mission is to empower schools to become leaders both locally and within the global education landscape.

They’re seeking a strategic, delivery-focused Hardware Project Manager to lead the rollout of EdTech solutions at scale, ensuring effective and impactful implementation across a diverse range of educational settings.

This is a chance to oversee infrastructure standards, manage pilot projects, and coordinate with regional leads while collaborating closely with procurement and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee infrastructure and technology standards across a global network of schools
• Manage pilot initiatives and ensure scalable rollouts through regional tech leads
• Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to align delivery plans
• Translate technical requirements into RFIs, RFPs, and detailed implementation strategies
• Utilise tools including Monday.com, AI learning platforms, ExactPath, and Formative.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong project delivery experience, ideally within technology or education sectors
• 5+ years managing complex global technology or education projects
• Proven ability to manage through others, focusing on coordination over hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading through influence in matrixed, decentralised environments
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic implementation context
• Experience gathering user feedback and adapting to the needs of school staff
• Prior exposure to education innovation, EdTech strategy, or AI in education is advantageous
