Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced CDM Principal Designer Advisor to work predominantly from home with occasional travel across Dorset & Devon. The successful candidate will deliver Principal Designer duties, ensure health & safety compliance, and advise clients on best practices. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in construction safety and relevant qualifications including a degree and NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the CDM regulations and associated legislation.
- Minimum 1 year's post qualification experience.
- Membership of the Association for Project Safety preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Principal Designer duties and CDM Advisor role.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor health & safety compliance.
- Advise clients on H&S standards affecting their business.
