As a strategy and doctrine analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your understanding of strategy and doctrine, you’ll support MILCAP- related issues with a specific focus on asym met ric and conventional military threats and doctrine. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for clients and policy makers. As the authority on your problem set, the client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:

  • Experience analyzing Near Peer adversary military capabilities in the European theater
  • Experience with short and long-form analysis, editing, and writing
  • Experience briefing for both subject matter and executive audiences
  • Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence center s
  • Experience working with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus and drive production
  • Knowledge of Near Peer military doctrine and strategy, including conventional and asym met ric warfare, and general military trends and academics
  • Knowledge of Near Peer adversary political and military culture and history
  • Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience at a Combatant Command, or Service Center or Joint Service environment
  • Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process
  • Master’s degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
