Qualifications

• Proven experience in apprenticeship management or employer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of apprenticeships and early years/education sector is desirable.
• Understanding unique needs of SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the learner journey from onboarding to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for local SMEs.
• Maintain strong local presence for promoting apprenticeships.
• Develop long-term relationships with local employers.
• Attend business events and community forums.
• Address and resolve learner or employer issues.
• Monitor engagement and progress of learners.
