• Experience managing civil engineering and structural projects, especially in rail or highways.
• Experience overseeing infrastructure project deliveries with values of 1m+.
• Familiarity with managing contract changes under NEC3/NEC4.

Responsibilities

• Manage site teams to deliver projects to quality targets.
• Oversee projects from tender to programming.
• Document site activities and contract changes.
• Commercial cost tracking in coordination with the team.
• Implement BIM for effective project delivery.
