A leading law firm in the UK seeks a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate team in Bristol. The role involves handling transactional investment work and asset management of commercial properties. THE FIRM A UK and international law firm. THE ROLE A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate team in the firm's Bristol office. The firm has an outstanding reputation in real estate due to the quality and breadth of its client base and the value and complexity of the work undertaken.
The role will involve transactional investment work, including dealing with financings, and asset management of commercial assets in a variety of sectors. There may also be some opportunity to get involved in development projects.
ABOUT YOU A capable and dedicated lawyer with a genuine desire to develop their career as a rounded commercial property lawyer. You will have commercial property law experience gained at a City, national or large regional law firm recognised for its property practice.
Due to the nature of the work and structure of the team the firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate in this area, however they are willing to consider candidates with more or less experience. In this role you will benefit from the firm's multi-award winning career development programme.
