A leading education provider is seeking an Apprenticeship Funding Compliance Manager to oversee military compliance teams. This role involves ensuring accurate data returns and supporting administration throughout the apprenticeship journey. The ideal candidate will possess experience in leadership, a strong understanding of apprenticeship funding, and excellent communication skills. This position is home-based with travel requirements.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 DOE
Contract Type: Full-time
Reports to: Senior Apprenticeship MIS & Funding Compliance Manager
Pearson TQ is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individual to join our Apprenticeship Funding Compliance Team. The Apprenticeship Funding Compliance Manager will manage Pearson TQ's military compliance teams, ensuring timely and accurate data returns, apprenticeship programme inductions, and supporting administration throughout the apprenticeship journey.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an educational or work‑based learning setting, ideally within apprenticeships, and a strong working knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules, ILR data management and DfE/ESFA audit requirements.
You will be a highly adaptable and resilient professional with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities, bringing valuable experience in apprenticeship delivery across diverse organisations. You'll demonstrate a positive, solution‑focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement, both personally and for those within your team. Proficiency in ILR MIS systems such as Maytas and e‑portfolio platforms like OneFile is an advantage. In addition you will possess the following:
