We have teamed up with a leading manufacturer of material handling solutions and currently have a job opening for a Field Site Supervisor. Client is located in Georgia; this is a remote role which requires travel.

THIS POSITION:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Field Site Supervisor to oversee installation projects across various customer sites. As the Site Supervisor, you will ensure project execution aligns with company standards, customer expectations, and safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of installation teams on project sites.
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and the installation manager, ensuring clear communication on all site matters.
• Conduct regular site meetings, safety briefings, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on all job sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on site.
• Review and interpret installation blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications provided by the engineering team.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
• Coordinate delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment at project sites.
• Report progress, challenges, and recommendations proactively to the Installation Manager.
• Train, mentor, and monitor subcontractor and company personnel to ensure work meets company expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision within the material handling, logistics, or industrial installation industry.
• Technical knowledge of conveyor and automated material handling equipment preferred.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various project sites (up to 80% as required).
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Salary range:

$80k to 95k Depending on experience
