Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP IBP Consultant. As a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables, advise on architecture and design reviews, and lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.

• Drive problem definition and discovery of the overall solution.
• Guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and architecture/design reviews.
• Lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and internal capability building.
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet client needs in a global context.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education may be considered.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
• Location: Houston or Richardson, TX. Travel to project/client locations may be required.

• Minimum 4 lifecycle implementation experience on any SAP IBP module (e.g., Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, S&OP).
• If only SAP IBP support experience, minimum 5 years in SAP IBP support.
• Total Supply Chain Management experience of at least 11 years.
• Earlier experience with any SAP APO module is an advantage.
• Lead workshops with business to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Configure the system and customize the solution as needed.
• Work in a team/onsite-offshore model; strong communication skills to conduct design workshops and training.
• Aware of ongoing changes in SAP and willing to travel to client locations for workshops and training.
• SAP Certification; experience with multiple IBP modules (e.g., IBP Demand, IBP Supply).

Estimated annual compensation range varies by location:

• CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN: $114,000 to $167,000
• Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
