Job summary
A reputable UK-based company is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide world-class operational and administrative support. In this remote role, you will manage the Founder's schedule, handle invoicing and bookkeeping tasks, support client onboarding, and assist with content marketing efforts. You must be exceptionally organized, tech-savvy, and an effective communicator, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving while supporting high-performance teams.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage schedules and prioritize meetings.
- Experience in bookkeeping and finance tasks.
- Ability to maintain CRM and databases accurately.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder's schedule and ensure meetings are prioritized.
- Handle invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
- Support client onboarding and manage CRM.
- Assist with content marketing efforts including newsletters and blog posts.
- Help with logistics for events and workshops.
