Job Overview

My client is a well established independent city firm focusing on valuation work for secured lending purposes. Founded over 20 years ago, they are now a team of over 40 covering mainly London and Southeast England. They are looking for two MRICS Valuers at Surveyor / Senior Surveyor level, ideally with some existing loan security valuation experience or the desire to specialise within valuation. Their valuation workload is mainly residential and commercial secured lending work. They are happy to provide longer term training and support for longer term career development both from a professional and financial perspective.
