Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service, meeting and exceeding team and individual standards.
- Investigate and resolve property-related queries.
- Advise landlords and tenants on suitable actions regarding property issues.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate between landlords and tenants to find effective solutions.
- Work towards targets, including management upgrades.
- Support in gaining new management instructions through selected market appraisals.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance.
Skills
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 OTE per annum
