Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service, meeting and exceeding team and individual standards.
  • Investigate and resolve property-related queries.
  • Advise landlords and tenants on suitable actions regarding property issues.
  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate between landlords and tenants to find effective solutions.
  • Work towards targets, including management upgrades.
  • Support in gaining new management instructions through selected market appraisals.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance.

Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 OTE per annum
Location: East Oxford

About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will play a critical part in delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll enjoy a varied day-to-day workload and the support of an experienced, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
