A respected estate agency in Oxford seeks an experienced Property Manager to deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants. The role involves managing properties efficiently, resolving queries, and building strong relationships with clients. Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 OTE per annum
Location: East Oxford

As a Property Manager, you will play a critical part in delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll enjoy a varied day-to-day workload and the support of an experienced, collaborative team.
Deliver exceptional service, meeting and exceeding team and individual standards
Investigate and resolve property-related queries
Advise landlords and tenants on suitable actions regarding property issues
Coordinate and liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Negotiate between landlords and tenants to find effective solutions
Work towards targets, including management upgrades
Support in gaining new management instructions through selected market appraisals
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Calm, positive approach under pressure
Previous customer service experience essential
Knowledge of HMO requirements within Oxford City (advantageous)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt
