As an early engineer at a high-growth AI startup, you will build end-to-end products that automate complex sales workflows. Working across the full stack with Python and React, you will ship fast, iterate based on direct customer feedback, and help define the technical architecture of a scalable intelligence platform.

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their pain points and translate them into intuitive, high-impact product solutions.

• Has 2+ years of full-stack experience in high-growth environments, with proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems using best practices in testing, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Possesses a product-minded approach, combining technical excellence with a passion for crafting beautiful, user-centric software experiences.
