• Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding Pharmacy Benefit Services
• Facilitate the transition of requested medications to home delivery and advocate for members' medication needs
• Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for all contacts to meet quality and regulatory standards
• Utilize active listening skills to address member concerns and provide appropriate options
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering excellent customer service

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or call center settings
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

• Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
• Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and solve problems effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
