Finance Manager – Remote Working – £58kpa

An award-winning organisation with an international reach is looking for a Finance Manager to join their finance team.

Please note this role offers fully remote working.

As the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of financial management for multiple UK and US entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strong financial control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting in line with UK GAAP and US GAAP (or IFRS).
  • Manage audit processes.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Provide variance analysis and financial insight to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee UK and US payroll and tax compliance.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances.
  • Drive improvements to financial controls and processes.
  • Manage a small team and support ad‑hoc projects.
Qualifications
  • Finalist or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 5+ years’ experience in finance, including international or multi‑entity exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and US accounting standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
