This home-based role involves delivering maintenance projects, managing major works, and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates have strong technical knowledge in residential maintenance and a construction-related qualification. We’re looking for a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join our growing team, managing a programme of work worth around £8m annually. You’ll help ensure our live-in homes are safe, comfortable and in excellent condition.
About the Church of England Pensions Board: The Church of England Pensions Board is a registered charity and one of the Church Institutions (NCIs).
