Job summary
A national recruitment consultancy is seeking a skilled T&C Supervisor to oversee financial advisers within a regulated framework. You will supervise advisers, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates will have extensive FCA experience and strong supervisory skills. This role offers contract flexibility with a significant regulatory impact while working closely with advisers across the UK. Competitive day rate and immediate start available.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a T&C Supervisor within an FCA-regulated firm.
- Strong knowledge of FCA conduct rules and T&C frameworks.
- Ability to hit the ground running in a contract environment.
Responsibilities

- Conducting file reviews and suitability assessments.
- Providing structured feedback, coaching, and development input.
