Qualifications

• Proven experience as a T&C Supervisor within an FCA-regulated firm.
• Strong knowledge of FCA conduct rules and T&C frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Supervising advisers in line with FCA T&C requirements.
• Conducting file reviews and suitability assessments.
• Providing structured feedback, coaching, and development input.

Skills

Proven experience as a T&C Supervisor

Strong working knowledge of COBS

Experience supervising financial advisers

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Confidence challenging advice

Education

Compliance or risk qualifications (CISI, CII, ICA)
