A BI (Business Intelligence) developer specializing in Qlik Sense is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing data visualization solutions to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. Your mission is to transform raw data into meaningful insights by building interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations, enabling stakeholders to understand and analyze business performance efficiently.

Your mission is to design, implement, and maintain Qlik Sense applications that provide accurate and actionable insights. The goal is to create intuitive, scalable dashboards that empower business leaders, analysts, and end-users to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and identify opportunities or risks. By leveraging Qlik Sense's data modeling and visualization capabilities, you ensure that data is accessible, comprehensible, and strategically valuable.

• Qlik Sense Expertise: Proficiency in Qlik Sense, including data modeling, scripting, and visualization techniques.
• Data Integration and ETL: Knowledge of ETL processes, data extraction, and transformation, along with experience in SQL and data connectors
• Scripting: Experience with Qlik's scripting language for custom data loading, transformation, and calculations.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Skills in visualizing data, selecting appropriate chart types, and creating user-friendly, interactive dashboards.
• Performance Optimization: Understanding of Qlik performance tuning, data model optimization, and dashboard load balancing.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data issues, application errors, and performance concerns.
• Communication: Effective at gathering requirements, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborating with teams.
• Design and UX Skills
• Security & Compliance awareness: Understanding of data security principles to ensure sensitive information is protected. Ability to apply role-based security, authentication, and authorization measures within Power Apps. Awareness of organizational data compliance requirement.
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related field
• Experience: At least a couple of years of experience in Qliksense development
• Language: Fluent in English
