Overview

Chapman Tate is working with a leading global professional services organisation who are seeking an experienced Product Owner on a 3-6-month contract to support the ongoing development and optimisation of their portal solution.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience with portal products and digital platforms
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner in complex, professional, global settings
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Proven ability to work in a data-driven environment, applying insights from AI, big data, and research
  • Solid understanding of UX/CX, digital accessibility standards, and user-centred design
  • Proficient with Microsoft environments including Windows 7-11, MS Office, Teams, Copilot, etc.
  • Excellent English language proficiency and communication skills
  • Highly organised self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and enhancement of a business-critical digital portal
  • Work closely with UX, engineering, and business teams to gather and prioritise requirements
  • Use AI, analytics, big data, and user research to drive product decisions
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
  • Ensure accessibility standards and best practices are embedded throughout
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Operate in Agile environments while understanding broader ITIL frameworks
