We have an exciting opportunity for a Remote Monitoring Controller to join our Monitoring and Control Team in Central Operations. The RMC provides a strong, reliable monitoring capability which proactively monitors asset condition 24/7/365 a year, whilst ensuring appropriate control actions are taken to protect our assets, our people and our business reputation.
This role is critical in managing asset and alarm data and ensuring that any deviations and events are resolved promptly. This will require you to proactively analyse various sources of information including telemetry data, trends, workflow information, customer contact information and other sources. You will draw conclusions and ensure business response arrangements are in place where necessary.
You will also be a key interface for teams within the field and the ICC. Accountabilities & Responsibilities include:
