Salary/ Rate: £140-£160 per day depending on experience. Exclusive Education are looking to appoint an Art Teacher to work in a Secondary School in the Liverpool. The role is to start in asap on a full or part time basis. They are looking for a Art Teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school.
The School are looking at taking on either an NQT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.
- Teach Art to KS3/KS4/KS5 as appropriate, delivering engaging lessons in the Art curriculum
- Demonstrate outstanding teaching and manage a class effectively
- Adhere to school policies and implement strong behaviour management strategies
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons
- Eligibility to work in the UK or UK resident
- Previous experience of working with children
- Good knowledge of the full Art curriculum
- Previous KS3, KS4 and KS5 teaching experience
- Experience of delivering engaging lessons in the Art curriculum
- Two references working with children covering the last 2 years
- Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
