A boutique employment law firm is looking for a part-time Employment Lawyer with around 10 years PQE. This fully remote role involves managing a mixed advisory and contentious caseload, predominantly focusing on claimant work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Flexible working hours of approximately 3 hours per day are offered, enabling a meaningful impact on the client's employment issues while accommodating other commitments.

We are working with a highly respected boutique employment law practice known for its exceptional client care, high-quality claimant work, and strong reputation in the market. Led by experienced, well-regarded partners, the firm offers a flexible, supportive environment and a consistently strong pipeline of advisory and contentious matters.
The firm is seeking a senior Employment Lawyer (around 10 years PQE or above) to provide part-time support of approximately 3 hours per day . This role is ideal for a seasoned practitioner who enjoys autonomy, wants a meaningful and impactful caseload, and values the flexibility of remote working.
You will work closely with the partner team, particularly during a period of increased workflow and planned parental leave. The successful candidate will manage files independently, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure seamless continuity of service.
