Service Delivery Coordinator

Base Salary £40k

Fully Remote

The opportunity

As a Service Delivery Coordinator – you’ll be joining a telecoms company responsible for next generation wireless infrastructure.

You’ll work in a small team and closely with the Head of Delivery and Head of Programmes to support their key customers.

The primary function will be Ticketing & Incident Management- owning and managing all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals.

Then you will triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors.

It’s a fully remote role, with potential travel into London from time to time for team meetings throughout the year.

Day to day

In what’s going to be a small team we are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the flexile demands of the role.

But typically, your day will involve
  • Own and manage all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals (VMO2, BT)
  • Triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for customers on all break / fix and service-related issues.
  • Working with the operational Build team to coordinate site access, materials, and scheduling for corrective works, ensuring maximum efficiency in the use of resources between build and break / fix and maintenance activities
  • Manage term contractor purchase orders, invoicing, and general administration
Who we are looking for

This is a telecoms position, so we are expecting the right candidate to have:

  • Prior experience in telecoms network build and maintenance.
  • Experience in working with Jira ticketing or a similar service management tool
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to balance the needs of customers, contractors, and internal teams
