We’re supporting a respected national law firm as they expand their specialist Military Law Team , and they’re searching for a Team Leader who can blend technical expertise with people-first leadership.

You’ll lead a growing team handling some of the most meaningful and high-impact cases in Personal Injury — from PTSD and NFCI to bullying, harassment, and complex injury matters affecting current and former service personnel.

✨ Lead, mentor, and support the team day-to-day

✨ Manage your own caseload of serious PI & military-related claims

✨ Take on advocacy opportunities

✨ Shape processes, contribute to strategy, and help grow the department
