A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Area Business Development Consultant to engage with employers and drive new business development. This full-time, remote position offers an attractive salary of £28K-£29K along with bonuses and employee benefits. Ideal candidates will have a proven record in achieving sales targets and a background in the Training industry, making this an exciting opportunity for career growth.

Main Duties:
- New Business Development - engaging with new employers to establish training needs
- Develop and deliver sales presentations using a range of media and techniques to achieve successful
- Produce accurate data and ensure records are kept up to date
- Act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times
- Ensure monthly/yearly targets are achieved
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a previous role
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Training industry, for example, Employer Engagement, Learner Engagement, Business Development
- Recruitment/Sales qualifications
- Experience in Work Based Learning and Training/Apprenticeship sector
