The Junior Campaign Manager (f/m/d) supports demand generation across Northern EMEA, including the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Nordic markets. This role combines campaign execution, trade event coordination, and project management to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. It is ideal for proactive, quick‑learning marketers who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of their work.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, and field marketing channels.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, assets, and workflows with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Localize global and regional campaigns for Northern EMEA markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Plan and support trade shows, exhibitions, and field events, including logistics, lead capture, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to maximize event impact and pipeline contribution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve engagement and results.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, campaign coordination, or event management, ideally in B2B and technology.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, exhibitions, or field marketing activities is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Eager to learn, collaborative, and takes initiative to drive results.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or Nordic language skills are advantageous.
