Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Torquay is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team. The role requires AssocRICS qualification and experience in Level 2 Surveys. Responsibilities include carrying out Level 2 reports and conducting Level 3 Surveys. The position offers a salary between £50,000 and £60,000, bonuses, and various benefits including 25 days of holiday and healthcare.

Skills
Due to increased business levels, our clients are looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in Torquay. Our clients are seeking a minimum AssocRICS qualification, with experience in Level 2 Surveys. The role comes with a host of benefits, including leading software for report writing and career progression.
- As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday–Friday

- Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
