A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a German-speaking Sales Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting the sales team, communicating with customers in both English and German, and managing CRM updates. Ideal candidates are fluent in German, have experience in admin roles, and are motivated to grow within the company.

- Previous experience in an admin role is ideal.

Responsabilités
- Support the sales team by giving product and account-related advice to customers.
- Answer emails and telephone calls from customers in English and German.
- Follow up on customers’ orders to identify opportunities for growth.
Connaissances
Very well-established distributor within the UK and Europe. Role: German speaking Sales Advisor. 6 months Fixed Term Contract. Location: Remote in the UK. Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience. Ref: 187DE.
- Main duties: Support the sales team by giving product and account related advice to customers.
- Answer emails and telephone calls from customers in English and German.
- Follow up on customers’ orders to identify opportunities for growth, upsell and cross-sell.
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
- Update the CRM system accurately and accordingly.
- Carry out other admin duties as and when required.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential.
- Previous experience in an admin role – Ideal.
- Excellent telephone manner and confident to make outbound telephone calls.
- Motivated candidate, eager to learn and progress within the company.
- IT literate.
