Responsibilities
  • To develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, market growth, and implement long‑term business plans
  • To provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, supporting the goals and objectives of the business
  • To lead and inspire a high‑performing team by implementing robust training plans and fostering a positive and collaborative culture that enables employees to thrive and reach their full potential
  • To develop and manage financial budgets, targets, and KPI metrics across the business, monitoring performance to ensure market demand is met
  • To work collaboratively across the business by regularly engaging with dealerships to understand their needs, offer guidance, and address any issues or escalations
  • To oversee all operational functions across the business, ensuring optimal efficiency, excellence, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
